These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through maisonvynce.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies and product information displayed at checkout.
1. Seller
The Maison Vynce online store is operated by Jean François Annebicque, an Australian business operator holding an active Australian Business Number (ABN), using the Maison Vynce brand. Business address: 10 Gertrude Street, Wolli Creek NSW 2205, Australia. Customer contact: moussadiop2324@gmail.com.
2. Products, imagery and sizing
Product pages describe the main characteristics, available sizes, pricing and purchase conditions for each item. Customers should review the product information and size guide before ordering. Product photography and digital imagery are intended to represent the pieces accurately, although colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, lighting conditions and normal production batches. Normal manufacturing tolerances do not remove any rights that apply where a product is materially different from its description.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are shown or calculated before checkout is completed where Shopify can determine them. International customers may also be charged duties, taxes or import fees by local authorities or carriers where those amounts are not collected at checkout.
4. Orders and payment
Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is received when checkout is completed and an order confirmation is issued. Maison Vynce may cancel or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, exceptional unavailability, inability to fulfil the order or another lawful reason. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Pre-orders — first Maison Vynce drop
Pre-orders for the first Maison Vynce drop open on 25 September 2026 and close on 9 October 2026. Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout. Production begins after the pre-order window closes. Orders placed earlier in the pre-order period do not ship earlier.
Estimated dispatch is approximately 3 weeks after pre-orders close. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch date. If the timeline changes significantly, Maison Vynce will provide an updated estimate by email and any option required by applicable law.
6. PULSE SET Early Bird offer
The PULSE SET V1.1 pre-order price is 299 AUD. The Early Bird offer reduces the eligible Set order to 279 AUD using code EARLYBIRD279. The offer is limited to the first 6 eligible redemptions, with a maximum of one use per customer, while the offer remains available. If the redemption limit has been reached, the regular pre-order price applies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
7. Promotional, launch and reduced-price items
Items purchased at a promotional, launch, Early Bird or reduced price are final sale for change-of-mind purposes only, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods. If a customer has a mandatory statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right in their jurisdiction, that right prevails.
8. Change-of-mind returns
For standard-price items, Maison Vynce voluntarily accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, has its tags attached and is in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping for change of mind or sizing is the customer's responsibility unless Maison Vynce states otherwise. Exchanges are subject to availability.
9. Pre-order changes and cancellations
For standard-price pre-orders, Maison Vynce may accept a change-of-mind cancellation request within 14 days of purchase provided production has not commenced. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as a change-of-mind request. Mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal right that applies in the customer's jurisdiction, remain unaffected.
10. Customer details and address changes
Customers are responsible for checking products, sizes, contact details and shipping addresses before completing checkout. If an error is discovered, contact Maison Vynce as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or production has begun.
11. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, services and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Transit time is additional to the production period for pre-orders. Carrier delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs processing, peak periods, weather, operational disruption or events outside Maison Vynce's reasonable control.
12. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, a customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact Maison Vynce with the order number and relevant details so the issue can be assessed.
13. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after the refund is issued depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
14. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original Maison Vynce branding, product designs, text, photographs, graphics and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit that content is granted except where permitted by law or with prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy available from the store footer. Shopify and other service providers may process information as required to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfil orders and provide related services.
16. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Vynce is not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to the customer and cannot be excluded by agreement.
18. Changes to these Terms
Maison Vynce may update these Terms for future orders. The version made available at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
