For standard-price items, Maison Vynce voluntarily accepts change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Promotional, launch, Early Bird or reduced-price items are final sale for change-of-mind purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.
Item condition
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its tags attached and in a condition suitable for resale.
Size exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. For a pre-order drop, a replacement size cannot be guaranteed. When an exchange is not possible, a return and refund solution may be offered in line with the applicable conditions.
Return shipping costs
For change of mind or size, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can provide an appropriate solution.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact Maison Vynce with your order number and photos that clearly show the issue. Do not return the item until you have received return instructions.
Refunds
After an accepted return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Pre-order cancellations
For standard-price pre-orders, cancellation requests may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided production has not commenced. Promotional, launch, Early Bird or reduced-price purchases are final sale for change-of-mind purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once production has commenced or an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Significant pre-order delays
If the announced dispatch timeline changes significantly, Maison Vynce will communicate the revised estimate by email and provide any options required by applicable law.
